    A new, 5% Residential Sewer Rate Charge Rebate is now being offered to low- and fixed-income customers who are enrolled in the Pacific Gas and Electric’s (PG&E) CARE or FERA programs.

    The rebates are not available to customers who already receive a District discount or other agency housing/rental utility subsidy.
